Front-End Tech Leader

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Front-End tech leader who is responsible for managing and leading our team of developers. As Technical Leader, you are expected to become the leader who can provide technical support, facilitate technical troubles as well as coaching other team member to become more mature in daily activities. Technical Leader will also play an constant role to support the team build up the proper way of working so that all the best technical practices can be applied to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of software development activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop web user interface linked with back-end systems.
  • Work closely with the web interface architect.
  • Based on your own experiences, explore the best development cases and apply them in practice.
  • Provide standard development guidelines to team members.
  • Training other members when required.
  • Basic operation tests of the developed products and feedback.
  • Create and maintain developments documentations.

Job Requirements

  • Deep experience with the following technologies:
    • Web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
    • JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, ReactJs, KnockoutJS, Node.JS, Vue.JS, etc.
    • Experience working with TypeScript, ability to handle AWS Container & Docker.
    • Code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Bachelor of IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a web developer and 2 years as a tech leader.
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects and in team.
  • Knowing of the following would be great advantages:
    • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Experience on UX/UI design and Wire-frames.
    • SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
